hi guys, ive a room available short term in my house, (my scientist housemate wrote this up so it sounds a bit dry) from now till 15 april. we are just around the corner from haringey rail so getting into soho/old st takes 10 mins
(from moveflat)
Convenient buses from property / accommodation are 29,141, 243
Large ground floor double room in a victorian house. The room has en-suite shower, desk, double bed, wardrobe, (proper) wooden floors and bay doors that open onto a small terrace leading to large garden.
Room is available until 15th April. Bills approx, £100 including virgin tv/broadband and cleaner (comes once a fortnight).
We are an affable group of creatives and professionals, friendly and sociable. We're passionate individuals keen on art, culture and nights out. Theres a large modern kitchen, so we often cook for each other. If you think this sounds like your kind of place, then get in touch.

another room available in the same house guys
My housemates off for a few weeks work in cardiff meaning we've a free room in our big house (with a colossal garden) in crouch end, north london. Its available from June 14-July 23 so would suit any of you freelance summer campers who are around. He wants to stick it on gumtree but id rather avoid the parade of itinerant headcases we had to deal with the last time. We have all been mates for a few years so there are no unusual russian guys hiding in the attic and a mixed bunch of telly creatives, designers, civil servicers and PHD students.
Room itself is a good size but basic so is £410 a month (is available 6 weeks so about £600 for the full period). If you didnt want it the whole period i imagine we could come to an agreement. We are dripping in transport links, right round the corner from haringey overground (1 min to finsbury pk, 10 mins to old st, 20 to soho), 5 mins from green lanes for the buses and 10 mins walk from finsbury pk tube. |
