Hi everyone!!
My name is Chema, I'm student of Fda Media Practice at the University of the arts and I'm doing a small video (3 min)to include in a 30 min TV show that my class will run in Nov.
The subject for my video is the VJ's in London... I select this subject because this is one of my passions, I have some background as an editor and as a director of some music videos and short film, but the vjing is really one of skills I want to improve for the future. Actually I have some contact with software like Modul8 and I have a Motion Dive tokio console but I have not much knowledge to be honest...
Anyway, what I'm trying to do now is a small piece about how the culture of Vjing is growing up in London. The goals I want to get are some interviews with some of you guys about what are your feelings, your rules, and your concept about this kind of art as well as some clips of your performances.
I'll edit everything in a 3 min piece that hopefully will give some light up about what is cooking in the london night scene.
I got as well the chance to record some clips on the studio of my uni, so probably i will use this to make a big day performance with some of you and get a fantastic clips with a proper light and a quality image resolution.
I really look forward to meet you...I check on the forum and the date of your last meeting was last week... shit!! jeje anyway I'm sure that you will have some more dates or performances in the next weeks so just tell me the day and the time and I will be there with my camera.
Thanks very much for your help and I hope to see you soon

Hi guys!!
I'm Chema... I'm having some problems with some of my mates of the University about if the subject of Vj's is gonna be good to make a video of 3 min long, they think that probably this subject need more time because is quite big... I'm trying to convince them but this is a teamwork and i don't know.... Tomorrow i have a meet with them and i gonna try again.... let's see what they say.
Anyway I'd like to do this, I'm gonna go on Sunday to Vibe bar and I would like to speak with you personally guys, I can make a small doc about this on my own. Let's see I'll speak with my teachers about that, they maybe will help me...
This is a really big subject, and I really like all those things, I'll make something about that for sure.
Let's see you on sunday or on 22 of October on your meet. I'm sorry to bordering you and take care.

What time is good for you man!!
I think that probably is better to be before the event start, just because it will be easy to chat if you are gonna be playing. But actually I'll be available at any time on Sunday so just tell me which it's better. |

Hi Chema,
I wasn't expecting to be interviewed this evening, so I hope if worked out okay for you. Obviously the ambient sound from the Dubstep DJ across the room was a problem. Hmm... ambient dubstep. A new micro-genre? :o)
Anyhow, you can find me at subpixels.com.
Cheers,
