We are back at cafe 1001 this week (thursday) for another VJ meeting. Like last time, we are in the large room at the back and there will be a 'live' DJ again (playing dubstep i believe).
however, I am still looking for a projector (or more) for the night, so if you have one or know where to get one please get in touch. but either way, bring your laptops along and show us your work - we'd love to see it!
also here some photos from our last meeting

I have a couple of old Epson EMP740 projectors I can lug along, 1024x768 with VGA inputs, but no double/triple head-2-go or similar boxes.
So can have two projections running from seperate people...
(unless someone else has VGA splitter etc) |

Two at a time is also good! :o)
Also good is the meeting being on a Thursday so I'm not geographically displaced in Brixton! :o)

i still have a bad foot which means I will be in town.
I can provide a double head, and the mains.
I may even have some long SVGA cables by then.
or we could use BNC and a V8/vixid

yes, but the organisers are going to try to push it backwards by 30 min and our setup is 7:30 (as usual) - so we should be more or less ok. _________________ dr.mo

more fun...
very few of the regulars turned up???
instead we had a surprise visit from the lovely Joanne (Silent Eclipse) and an interplanetary freak-out from Nigel (nebulus) with his astonishing planetarium visualiser software.. George ( sub pixel) then took over the triple head for a while and put Neon through its paces.
the Student film crew were out in force, I found out I had started visuals before they were all born...
and we even had a walk-in VJ who had heard in the street that there were VJs in the venue this thurs and came along. |

| Nice to see peeps again, good venue, was interesting to overhear the barmen repeatedly telling punters that they had VJ's on as part of the nights entertainment. So its obviously something they value... |
